Investing and trading in securities involve substantial financial risk. You may lose some or all of your trading capital. Algoviro AutoTrade does not guarantee profits, successful trades or protection from losses.
No fixed income or assured investment returns.
Significant or complete loss of trading funds is possible.
Technical failures may delay, prevent or affect order execution.
1. Introduction
This Risk Disclosure applies to the Algoviro AutoTrade software and related algorithmic trading functionality.
The purpose of this document is to explain important risks that customers should understand before enabling automated live trading.
This disclosure does not describe every possible risk associated with financial markets.
2. Trading at Your Own Market Risk
The customer makes the decision to connect their brokerage account and authorize live trading.
Actual market outcomes depend on numerous unpredictable factors. Trading can produce substantial losses even when an automated strategy operates as designed.
Algoviro does not reimburse ordinary trading losses resulting from adverse market movements, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
3. No Profit Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Fixed trading income.
- Consistent winning trades.
- Any minimum return percentage.
- Recovery of prior losses.
- Successful execution of every order.
- Preservation of trading capital.
Any backtest, simulation, demonstration or past performance information must not be interpreted as an assurance of future profitability.
4. Risk of Losing Trading Capital
Securities prices may rise or fall rapidly due to economic news, company announcements, global events, liquidity changes, market sentiment and other factors.
Trading losses may exceed the amount initially expected. Where leverage or additional margin obligations apply, losses can become particularly significant.
Customers should only use capital that they can financially afford to put at risk.
5. Intraday & Leverage Risk
Intraday equity trading may involve leverage or margin facilities provided by the customer's broker.
Leverage can amplify both profits and losses.
Broker margin requirements may change, and positions may be restricted, rejected or squared off by the broker according to its policies.
Algoviro does not control broker leverage, exchange margin rules or broker risk-management decisions.
6. Algorithmic Trading Risk
Algoviro AutoTrade uses predefined rules and automated processes to support trading.
An algorithm may perform differently during changing market conditions.
Historical strategy behavior may not predict future results.
Unexpected data, volatility or operational conditions may cause different outcomes from those anticipated.
7. Market Order & Slippage Risk
Algoviro AutoTrade may submit MARKET orders through supported brokers.
A MARKET order seeks execution at an available market price and does not guarantee execution at the displayed or expected price.
Rapid price movements, low liquidity or order-book conditions may result in unfavorable execution prices and slippage.
Orders may also be rejected, delayed or partially filled.
8. Broker API & Connectivity Risks
Automated execution depends on supported third-party broker infrastructure.
Risks may include:
- Broker API outages.
- Expired authorization tokens.
- Order submission errors.
- Unexpected broker restrictions.
- Network or server failures.
- Delayed order-status updates.
- Unavailable market data.
These events may prevent timely entries, exits or position updates.
9. Stop Loss, Target Profit & Trailing Risk
Stop Loss, Target Profit and Trailing Stop Loss are planned features of Algoviro AutoTrade.
These features should not be considered active unless they have been released and verified.
Even when enabled, automated risk controls cannot guarantee an exit at a specified price.
Price gaps, slippage, rejected orders, market interruptions and broker restrictions may cause losses beyond the intended stop-loss amount.
10. Scheduled Exit Risk
The software may attempt to exit open strategy positions at a predefined time.
A scheduled exit instruction does not guarantee that an order will be filled immediately or that all positions will be closed.
Custom exit timing is a planned enhancement and should not be treated as available until implemented.
11. Software & Server Risks
Software and server-based systems can experience errors, downtime, interrupted processing and synchronization failures.
Examples include:
- Missed or delayed scheduled operations.
- Temporary website unavailability.
- Incorrect or delayed position displays.
- Unexpected processing errors.
- Failed notifications or incomplete logs.
Customers should verify actual broker positions rather than relying solely on the software interface.
12. Data & Signal Risks
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable.
Trading signals are generated using predefined methodology and available data.
Signals may be incorrect or unsuitable for future market conditions.
No stock selection system can guarantee that selected securities will move in the expected direction.
13. Customer Monitoring Responsibility
Customers are responsible for supervising their trading accounts.
- Verify broker connectivity.
- Confirm live trading authorization.
- Monitor account balances and margin.
- Review actual order confirmations.
- Check open positions regularly.
- Take appropriate action if automation is interrupted.
Customers should not assume that a displayed exit request means the broker has successfully closed a position.
14. Past Performance & Backtesting
Historical returns, simulated trades, backtesting results and hypothetical performance figures are not guarantees of future outcomes.
Actual trading results may be affected by brokerage, taxes, slippage, liquidity, changing regulations and other factors that differ from simulated conditions.
15. Financial & Regulatory Responsibility
Customers must comply with the requirements of their broker, applicable exchanges and relevant laws.
Access to algorithmic execution may depend on broker approval, exchange requirements and applicable regulatory conditions.
The software must not be used in circumstances where the relevant trading activity is not legally permitted.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Algoviro does not accept liability for ordinary market-related losses arising from adverse price movements, volatility or the customer's trading decisions.
Nothing in this disclosure excludes liability or customer remedies for fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, deficient services or other matters where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
17. Risk Acknowledgement
The customer acknowledges:
- Trading capital is exposed to market risk.
- Profits are not guaranteed.
- Automated execution may fail or be delayed.
- Stop Loss and related controls cannot eliminate all financial risk.
- Broker account monitoring remains essential.
- The customer must assess their own suitability for live trading.
Such acknowledgement does not waive statutory rights or remedies.
